As of July 10, 2023 the Management Board of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group (H&T Group) will be reorganized as follows:

Gerd Schröder leaves the Group Executive Committee as H&T Battery Components President. In his new role as Director Group Technology, Gerd Schröder will henceforth focus on the technological development of the whole company.

Dietmar Schmitz will become the new President of the H&T Battery Components Division in addition to his position as Chief Executive Officer of H&T Group. Due to his increased responsibilities Dietmar Schmitz will hand over his duties as Chief Financial Officer.

We are pleased to announce that Jan Schulze will become the new Chief Financial Officer of H&T Group. Jan Schulze joined the H&T Group in 2019 and was previously responsible for the H&T Recharge Division as Global Director Finance & Controlling.

The Management of the Divisions H&T Recharge and H&T Presspart remains unchanged with the Presidents Tobias Ott and Christian Krätzig.

With this organizational change of the Group Executive Committee, we remain reliant on continuity and long-term experience within our Group of Companies.
